Returns

We hope you love your Alpha Bijoux jewellery. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Jewellery must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene reasons, earrings may only be returned if they are unopened and unworn, unless faulty.

How to start a return

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@alphabijoux.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning your order. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover any return postage costs where applicable.

We can only accept returns where an item is faulty or has a manufacturing defect. If you receive a faulty engraved item, we’ll replace it and provide a complimentary re-engraving. For non-faulty items, all sales are final. 

Sale items

Items purchased on sale are eligible for return unless otherwise stated. Any exclusions will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
