When will my order be processed and dispatched?

Orders placed before 1pm are processed the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day.

Processing takes 1–3 working days, with dispatch typically within 2–4 working days. You'll receive an email within two days to let you know when your order is on its way.

How do I find the right ring/necklace size?

What materials are used?

We are proud to say that most of our jewellery is 925 sterling silver or 9ct flash gold plated on 925 sterling silver, unless stated otherwise.

We also have pieces made from recycled sterling silver. These come from fully recycled sources, making them a more eco-sustainable choice.

Sterling silver is hallmarked. We use several suppliers and their jewellery is approved AnchorCert Pro (UKAS-accredited), making it hypoallergenic and suitable for metal allergies and sensitivities, including nickel.

What does “recycled sterling silver” mean?

It means the silver used is reclaimed or recycled, reducing the need for new mining and lowering environmental impact.

How do I start a return?

We do hope you will love our jewellery, but in the unfortunate event that something is wrong, please contact us first before you return items.

What payment methods do you accept?

We process payments securely through Shopify Payments, allowing us to accept most major debit and credit cards, as well as other supported payment options at checkout.

What are your delivery options and costs?

Our standard Royal Mail delivery is £8.75 per order.

If you're local, we also offer a £5 Local Delivery service for addresses within a 20-mile radius of Aylesbury, including postcodes OX, LU, MK, WD and HP.

Do you deliver internationally?

We currently ship within the UK, with international delivery expected to be available from the end of April.

Do you accept returns?

We can only accept returns where an item is faulty or has a manufacturing defect. If you receive a faulty engraved item, we'll replace it and provide a complimentary re-engraving. For non-faulty items, all sales are final.
